Term II – (August – October 2022)

Dear Parents,

Lets us all welcome the second term with great enthusiasm and positivity. We are looking forward to making this term very productive and educational for the children.

Our summer camp this year was a great hit. We were very happy to introduce new places to the kids and ecstatic when the children embraced all the new places and challenges with positivity and confidence. I hope you all heard a good many stories at home during the summer camp days.

During the first term the kids were getting acquainted to and comfortable in their new classes and routines and now that they have settled down we can now take on the next term with a bit more gusto.

Things to remember for this term:

1. Please note that half yearly exam will take place from the 12th of September till the 14th of September for class LKG and from the 12th of September till the 15th of September for class UKG.
Half yearly Parent Teachers Meeting for all the classes will take place the week after the exams. Dates and timing for both the exams and the PTM will be sent to you later in the month.

2. Due to the recent rise in corona cases around Nepal masks will be made compulsory for all in school.
We have already started administering thorough sanitization of school’s surface areas, especially the ones which are used frequently. Children are and will be made to wash their hands properly from time to time when in school.
Parents are requested to enter the school premises only if there is an emergency or if they have an appointment fixed.
The school may have to opt for online classes if the corona cases increases in the future. As of now we will continue with physical classes.

3. As we are yet not out of danger from the cholera outbreak we will not be commencing our swimming classes anymore for this year.

4.We would also like to request the parents to send their children with mosquito repellents and patches that suits them as the children are quite troubled by the mosquitoes during this season when in school.

5. We would also like to request the parents to not to send their children to school wearing expensive jewelries.
