Term III – November 2025 to January 2026

Dear Parents,
We hope you all had a pleasant Dashain and Tihar holidays filled with happiness and blessings.
We are very pleased to have successfully held our PTM, which had been postponed earlier due to the September 8 incident. It was a true pleasure meeting parents and discussing each child’s progress on a personal level. We remain deeply grateful for the unwavering support and trust we continue to receive from our wonderful parent community.
As the crisp autumn air ushers in the winter months, we kindly request parents to send warm indoor slippers for the children to keep at school for their comfort during the colder days. Please ensure that your child’s name is written on the slippers to avoid mix-ups.
This term, we will also begin Sports Day practice. Please ensure that your children come dressed in comfortable clothing and sports shoes, as practices will be held regularly in the mornings. The tentative date for Sports Day is Saturday, 13th December 2025. Should there be any changes, we will notify you in advance. Children will need their school T-shirt for the event, so if you have not yet purchased one, please inform us and we will arrange it for you.
Our Winter Camp is scheduled from 22nd to 26th December 2025. UKG students are especially encouraged to participate, as this will be their final camp at White Lilies. LKG and Nursery students are also welcome to join if they wish. Please note that the Winter Camp is not open to Playgroup students.
With the recent increase in viral infections and persistent coughs and colds, we kindly ask parents to ensure that children return to school only once they are completely symptom-free. This is for the health and safety of all our students and staff.
This term’s Medical Camp will be held on Friday, 7th November 2025. A team of nurses and an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) will be conducting check-ups. If you have any specific health concerns you would like the doctors to address, please let us know in advance.
For new students, please ensure that the KYC form is completed before the camp. If you have not yet received it, kindly contact us and we will provide the form.
We look forward to another productive and joyful term ahead.

Please note that a copy of the deposit slip or payment receipt must be sent to the school so we can verify it and issue an official receipt.
Parents can also make online payments via eSewa, mobile banking, or by using our bank QR code. If paying digitally, please send a screenshot of the transaction to the same number.

We also request all parents to join our Viber group for regular news and updates.
