Term II Newsletter (August – October 2025)

Dear Parents,
A warm welcome to Term II at White Lilies International Preschool! We’re excited to begin this new term filled with learning, laughter, and love. It’s been wonderful seeing our children settle so beautifully into their routines, and we look forward to making the next few months just as joyful and enriching.
We’d like to thank you for your trust and support during our Summer Camp, it was a great success! The children had an amazing time exploring, creating, and bonding. We hope you enjoyed hearing all about their fun adventures.

Health & Hygiene
We will be hosting our second medical check-up on Friday, August 2nd, 2025, which will include a visit from a dentist and a team of nurses. If you have any specific concerns or questions, you’d like us to share with the dentist regarding your child, please let us know in advance so we can offer tailored care to each child.
For new students, we have sent home a KYC health form in their bags. Kindly fill it out and return it to school by Wednesday, July 31st, so we can prepare accordingly for the medical camp.
With the rainy season underway and an increase in dengue cases, we ask that you please:
Send your child with mosquito repellent patches or creams, along with extras for reapplication during the day.
Be assured that the school premises will be fumigated on weekends as an added precaution.

Swimming Classes
Swimming classes will be held on alternate Fridays only until the Dashain break, which begins September 22nd. Regular classes will resume on October 7th, 2024, after the holiday break.

Mid-Term Exams Update & PTM
We would like to inform you that from this academic year onward, mid-term exams have been cancelled. With the current trend of Grade 1 admissions shifting away from entrance exams, we feel it is best to remove unnecessary pressure from our little learners and foster a more joyful approach to early education.
Please note that we will hold Parent-Teacher Meetings from September 8th to 12th, which will give us the opportunity to discuss your child’s progress and development in a relaxed and collaborative setting. A detailed schedule will be shared in advance.
Fee Payment Information for New Parents
For convenience, parents may deposit tuition fees directly into the school’s account. We accept payments via eSewa, mobile banking, or by scanning the bank QR code provided at school.
