Term II – (August – October 2023)

Dear Parents,

Kids Care is ready to embrace this second term with great enthusiasm and positivity. We are looking forward to making this term very productive and educational for our children. In the first term children were getting acquainted to and comfortable in their new classes and routines and now that they have settled down, we can now take on the next term with gumption.

Summer Camp was a big hit with the kids and every moment was a thrilling experience for all. We hope you all got to hear the experiences first hand from your children.
We would like to apologies to the parents of Play Group children who were very eager to send their child for Summer Camp but could not due to safety protocols.
We hope to see them next year.

Rainy season is the perfect season for the mosquito to breed and multiply. Also there has been an alarming rise in dengue cases recently therefore, parents are requested to send children wearing mosquito patches or repellents to school and also to send some in their bags for reapplication.
School will be fumigated from time to time during weekends for extra precaution.

Please note that half yearly exam will take place from the 2nd of October till the 5th of October for classes LKG and UKG. We will also be conducting our Parent Teacher Meeting from the 9th of October till the 12th of October for all classes. Dates and timing for both the exams and the PTM will be sent to you a month in advance.

We would like to request the parents again not to send any toys to school with your child as it creates much confusion and discord amongst the children. Also, school will not be responsible for such items if they are lost.

We would also like to request parents to consider sending fewer sweet treats during birthday parties as we have had many parents showing concern regarding it.

Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account. Parents can also make online payments using eSewa, mobile banking or use our bank QR code below.

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips or payment receipt for the fee paid in has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
