Term I – (May – July 2023)

Dear Parents,

We would to like to begin this year by wishing you all a very Happy Nepali New Year 2080. We hope that this year proves to be a very positive one for all.

It was such a pleasure to see you all at the annual day program. Our students had put in a lot of effort and their hard work did pay off. It was such a pleasure to see you all enjoy their performances thoroughly. We are always so grateful for your constant support and cooperation.

Since the weather is not getting any warmer this year, we will not be starting our swimming classes immediately when the school reopens. However, we are hoping to start from June onwards. Please note that when the swimming class starts parents are to send to school
1. Swimming costume
2. towel
3. sun protection lotion and
4. slippers
The name of the student has to be written on each of the item mentioned above before sending it to school. The swimming classes will be held every alternate Fridays inside the school premises in a blow-up pool under adult supervision.

Since mosquito season is starting, we request parents to kindly send mosquito repellents and patches that suits your child in their school bag.
School will be regularly treating our outdoor areas during weekends and we will be using mosquito repellents indoor to keep our students safe as much as possible.

Parents are to note that we have music/pianica classes every Monday and Thursday. Music classes are compulsory for LKG and UKG students. Parents of classes Nursery can also opt for music lessons for their child if they wish to begin early. Although the school does provide pianicas for students we do suggest our parents to get a personal instrument for your child as the pianica is a blow instrument and the threat of covid is still lingering. If you do intend to send a personal pianica kindly do so as soon as you get this notice. A sum of Rupees 1200/-per month will be charged for two music lessons every week.

Lastly, we would like to inform you that we will be increasing our food fee as it has become unavoidable due to the growing rate of inflation.
The increase is as such:
Rs: 500/- on monthly food fee

Information for the new parents:-

Parents can deposit the tuition fee directly into the school’s bank account. Parents can also make online payments using eSewa, mobile banking or our bank QR code.

Parents are to take note that the deposit slips or payment receipt for the fee paid in has to be sent to school for us to verify and to send to you the receipt for the amount.
