Dear Parents,

This is going to be the final letter for this year before we move forward to our new academic year.
Covid-19 has been a bane in all our lives for the past few years and although it seems we will never be completely rid of this threat, we have survived, have become so much stronger from it and are ready to move on.
With this positive mindset we plan to start our new academic year from April 25, 2022 Monday.

As we all know that Covid-19 restrictions have been getting lenient by the day. Therefore, we hope to open school full time when our new academic year begins. The timings will be as such:

Playgroup and Nursery: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
LKG and UKG: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

As we had classes on Sundays to compensate for the days lost due to Covid-19, we hope to stop those as well and go back to our regular five days a week (Monday to Friday) schedule since one day holiday is not recommended or ideal for preschool children. As most parents did wish on a two days holiday as well for their children we hope to keep and maintain this schedule from April 25, 2022.
We will not be observing most of the religious holidays except for a few major ones such as Dashain and Tihar when we go back to our five days a week schedule as well.
We will be sending you our new academic year’s calendar soon where you can check the holidays of the coming year.

Parents are also to note that the fee structure will be revised from the new academic year. The inflation rate has skyrocketed since the lockdown as we all know. The school had tried to maintain the fee structure during the lockdown but we will have to revise it according to the inflation rate now as it has not been revised since the beginning of 2019.

There will be no exams for all classes this year as most of the year went on online classes and the children got less than half a year of proper schooling.

Parents are also to note that we will be having our PTM on the March 30, 2022 Wednesday for PG, March 31, 2022 Thursday for Nursery and April 1, 2022 Friday for LKG and UKG.
We will be sending you the timings of each parent’s allotted time before the day of the PTM.

*Class photo day is on March 18, 2022 Friday. Parents are expected to send their child dressed smartly that day.

Please note that we have added a few more days to this academic year and the last day of the school has been revised from April 8, 2022 Friday to April 13, 2022 Wednesday.
The spring break has been shortened to 10 days instead of our usual two weeks holiday.
