Dear Parents,

At Kids Care Int’l Preschool we constantly seek to improve the quality of learning for our young students. This principle has guided our preparation and response to Covid-19, on conducting emergency contingency planning and starting online instruction from April 2020. We highly value the support that you have shown us and your cooperation regarding the basic tuition fee these past couple of months. Throughout the coming months we will do our best with regards to the studies of our students and will be open to any extra help needed for any student at any given time.

The statement below is just to make it more clear to you all as to the breakdown of the fee that we have been requesting you to make.
We have been paying our teachers and staff full salaries, for March, April, May and June 2020, who have been effectively delivering courses from home.
For that we have been charging only the basic tuition fee which contributes 50% to the payment of the teachers and staffs monthly salary and the rent of the institution. We have not added any transportation fee, food or miscellaneous charges as we normally do despite having to pay the salary of our drivers and cooks and extra curricular teachers such as music, dance, art and karate.
We would also like to bring into your notice that we have not asked for any annual fee yet and that it all amounts to more than 45% discount to the total fee every month, 50% of which is covered by the school.

It has also come into our understanding that some of you have had difficulties making online payment into our school’s account so we have decided to open our school office every Sunday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm for your convenience.
